Week 1



Alright! First Weigh-in, first episode of Biggest Loser. It was great to see us progress at least a little, great job Allisha! You were this week's Biggest Loser!

Check out the charts and post during the week and lets stay motivated to get to our goal weights... by the way, what are our goal weights? comment to this post what your goal weight is so we can encourage and applaud our achievements! :)

  1. My Goal Weight is 165. This may take a while since I also want to start having another baby this year as well... We'll see what happens :)

  2. You can do it! My goal weight right now is 195, but my real goal weight is 150ish. For the first week. And not really trying We did great! Good job everyone.

  3. Hey there all you cuties! My goal weight is 150. Once I am there I will probably shoot for 130. It would really be nice to get back into a size 12. I have had a couple of great days as far as eating goes! Yay! Now I just need to get a handle on the whole exercising thing! Love you guys!
